How an engagement starts

1. Brief — fifteen-minute call to understand the operating context, the deadline and the constraints.
2. Scoping note — within five working days: a written view of options, indicative shape and indicative cost.
3. Mobilisation — agreed deliverables, governance, RACI and reporting cadence in writing before any work begins.
